BEFORE booking, know that I do work from home so please respect it or you will be banned from booking with me again 😘. 📍MEMPHIS, TN 💲Cash App $jameliaalexis 💗ALL FINAL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN CASH unless you have contacted me first and got an approval for any other form of payment 💗. ❣️Before booking, know that I do require a $16 non refundable deposit that MUST be sent on cashapp and if I don't receive your deposit within 10-15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. ❣️Nails MUST be clean and bare or your appointment will be canceled and there will be no refundable deposit. ❣️My address will be sent in the email 24 hours prior to your appointment for my sake. ❣️NO extra guests. ❣️I DO NOT work on damaged nails OR other people's work. ❣️After 5 minutes there WILL be a $5 late fee IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT ME. ❣️After 10 minutes there WILL be a $10 late fee. ❣️After 15 minutes your appointment WILL be canceled and you WILL NOT be able to get a refunded deposit. ❣️NO soak offs. ❣️Please wear a mask for my and your safety. ❣️No call/no show WILL conclude in me chargng your card because that is MY TIME being WASTED. ❣️Once the set is complete you will NOT be able to go outside and retrieve cash. Please have it inside with you. If someone is bringing the cash to you then they have to bring it to the door, NO ACCEPTIONS!

Cancellation Policy

❣️Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you contact me BEFORE canceling your appointment. ❣️No call no show will NOT be able to book again unless you pay a $25 fee along with your original payment. ❣️Rescheduling within 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $16 rescheduling fee. ❣️NO REFUNDS whatsoever. ❣️Same day cancellation does require another deposit to rebook.
